If the item(s) you have purchased arrive damaged, broken, defective or incorrect just contact your local store. We will arrange to collect the item(s) from you and we will either replace the item(s) or refund you the cost.
If you decide that the item you have purchased is no longer something you want or need, you can return it to us via one of our easy return methods below. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging, we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
1. Return the item to your local store.
Bring the product and your receipt, to your local store. Our staff will process your return and provide you with a refund or exchange.
2. Return the item via post.
Send the item back to us via post or courier, with your order number and a contact number. When we receive the item, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange.
3. Arrange a collection.
Contact your local store and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. There is a cost of €6.50 for this service, which will be deducted from the total refund or exchange amount. This option is only available for residents in Ireland.
Note: Your refund amount will exclude the original delivery costs. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and documentation. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
