What payment methods are accepted online?

Currently, we accept the following payment methods online: Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Laser and Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards online at this time.

What happens after I place an order online?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details.

Upon receiving your order, we will prepare your order for dispatch. Depending on availability of stock, it will take between 2 - 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know your order is on its way to you. We will also include your tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you place your order it should arrive within 2 - 5 working days.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please do let us know. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and documentation. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
