Delivery
After placing your order, it will be dispatched the next working day. You should receive your order within 2 days, however, please allow up to 5 days to allow for any unexpected delays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Should there be any issue with stock availability, we will contact you immediately.
Free Delivery is available on all orders over €50 to anywhere in Ireland. The regular delivery charge is €4.90 for orders under €50. The delivery charge to mainland UK is €10 for orders under 25kg in weight.
Click and Collect
If your selected item is in stock within your chosen store, your order will be processed the next working day and you will receive an email notification to let you know when it is ready to be collected. If it’s not available in your chosen store it may take up to 3 days to process your order.
Returns
If you encounter any problems, please call us immediately on 01-4527015. We accept returns within 28 days on receipt. Keep all the packaging and once received back to our depot, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Natures menu Chicken and Turkey pouches are prepared from whole cuts of turkey, chicken, fresh vegetables and wholegrain rice. Chicken and turkey are both lean proteins which are rich in natural fatty acids. It contains a high content of real meat and has no meat derivatives or meat meals which ensures that it is highly digestible with a low fat content. The pouches are filled with the quality raw ingredients and steam cooked to keep the nutrients in the food.
Feeding guidelines per day:
Small Dog (1-5kg): 1/3 of a pouch - 1 1/4 pouches
Medium Dog (5-10kg): 1 1/4 - 2 pouches
Large Dog (10-25kg): 2 - 4 pouches
Extra Large Dog (25-40kg): 4 - 5 2/3 pouches

Turkey (min 40%), Broth (28%), Chicken (min 20%), Peas (min 4%), Carrots (min 4%), Brown Rice (min 2%), Minerals.
Analytical Constituents
Protein 9%; Crude Oils & Fats 6%;Crude Ash 3%; Crude Fibres 0.5%; Moisture 77%.
Additives (per kg)
Vitamin Vitamin Vitamin A 3000iu, Vitamin D3 200iu, Vitamin E 30mg. Trace Elements: Zinc sulphate monohydrate 15mg, Manganese sulphate monohydrate 3mg, Calcium iodate 0.75mg, Sodium selenite 0.03mg.
On our ingredients list the natural cooking juices and water of the product is labelled as Broth. All high quality meats have a natural water content, a fillet steak is around 70% water
